We arrived in Osaka!
First things first, lets go to the Aquarium. Oh wait - SCHOOL CHILDREN?! 3000 of them in fact according to a noticeboard all going on excursion to the aquarium that day.
Never mind - Look at the fish!
Actually the aqaurium is hard to recommend. It's good, just short and some of the enclosures seem to lack space and greenery. I felt sorry for the big manta ray and whale shark that just swims in circles all day :'(
Despite this, all those fishie faces are making us hungry! On to Dotonbori - the main food/shopping destrict
We witnessed an interesting way of pouring sake (overflowing into the red cube). We didn't know if we were supposed to drink the overflow (I drank it anyway!)
This was a fun area at night! Although not as many people as Tokyo. We witnessed many "hosts" with mega cool hair touting for customers. This is the famous Osaka Glico Running man.
